The liver is a rather capricious product. Its preparation does not take much time, but there is another danger. You can overexpose the product, and then it becomes tough, not juicy at all. A simple recipe for all occasions
This recipe can be considered basic. For its preparation, the following ingredients are used:
- two onion heads;
- 500 grams of chicken liver;
- 600 grams of cabbage;
- two small carrots;
- vegetable oil;
- favorite spices.

- 600 grams of cabbage;
- a couple of tablespoons of tomato paste;
- onion head;
- 100 grams of hard cheese;
- 4 tablespoons of water;
- some breadcrumbs and spices.
The liver is prepared in the same way as in the previous recipe. Cut into cubes. Pieces are fried in well-heated vegetable oil for about five minutes, then removed from the pan.
Tomato paste and water are introduced into the resulting oil with chicken juice. Bring the sauce to a boil, and then put the liver back on. Add salt, add your favorite spices. Cook for a couple of minutes, then put everything in a baking dish.
Shred the cabbage, stew in a pan with vegetable oil for about thirty minutes. The finished product is placed on the liver, leveled. Sprinkle all with grated cheese and breadcrumbs. Cook stewed cabbage with liver in the oven, heated to 200 degrees for ten minutes. Rusks in the process bake, become crispy. It all looks like a nice crust.
Appetizing dish with beef liver
You can cook vegetables with beef offal. For this option of stewed cabbage with liver, you need to take the following ingredients:
- 500 grams of cabbage;
- 200 grams of liver;
- a bunch of parsley;
- onion head;
- 20 grams of butter;
- 3 tablespoons of vegetable;
- some salt.
The liver is washed, films are removed, cut into strips. Fried on a spoon of vegetable oil. Chop cabbage, peeled onions cut into half rings. The greens are washed, shaken and chopped finely.
