Each house at least once prepared lasagna with minced meat. This dish is created in stages by preparing the toppings and dough, which are layered in a deep container in layers, and then baked in the oven. For the filling, various types of meat, mushrooms, cottage cheese, various cheeses, vegetables are taken. Lasagna with minced meat can be baked in a deep pan and in a special form. The dough is purchased or mixed on its own according to the recipe.
The word itself came from Greece, where the hot plates were called "climbing." Later, the word was borrowed by the Romans, thus designating a boiler of a certain shape. Today this dish is probably known all over the world, because lasagna, a simple recipe for which can be found in any cookbook or on the Internet, is very accessible and tasty.
Lasagna is a purely Italian dish. In Italy there is a special variety of wide pasta, produced in layers, they are boiled and baked with all kinds of additions. The only difference from the casserole is that the filling is completely mixed and laid out not in layers, but evenly. Lasagna with minced meat is prepared in several ways, you can use different varieties of meat and vegetables, season with sauce or bake without it. Today we look at the recipe for this simple dish.
Lasagna with minced meat. Ingredients:
- veal (beef) and pork - 190 g each;
- mushrooms - 130 g (champignons are undesirable);
- two cloves of purple garlic;
- purple bulb (it is less sharp);
- 55 ml of tomato paste;
- 90 ml of creamy white oil;
- nine layers of pasta, purchased or independently made;
- 550 ml of fresh cream;
- 200 g of any cheese;
- 170 ml of sifted flour;
- coarse salt and ground pepper (optional).
Lasagna with minced meat. Cooking:
Chop in a blender or mince pieces of meat through a meat grinder by adding peeled purple onion to them. Boil the creamy white butter in a frying pan and put the resulting minced meat there, level it on the bottom and fry for twenty minutes, then add the tomato paste and simmer for another eight minutes. Remove from heat to cool.
Proceed to create the sauce. To do this, in a prepared container, you need to melt the butter, fry the flour on it, pour in the prepared cream, add salt and pepper. Boil until thickened, which should be moderate.
Fry the mushrooms, previously browning the chopped slices of purple garlic in a pan. Grate or slice the cheese into thin slices. Stir the mushrooms and minced meat.
On a deep pan greased with melted white butter, pour a little sauce, put the plates around the perimeter and connect, crushing or zashchivaya. Put half of the prepared mixture of minced meat and mushrooms. Lightly season with sauce and sprinkle with cheese. Spread the pasta plates again, then the rest of the filling, cheese and sauce. Now you can cover with layers, pour the resulting multilayer with the rest of the sauce and sprinkle with cheese. Put the lasagna in the oven (temperature not less than two hundred degrees) and bake until cooked, usually twelve minutes is enough.
Having taken out of the oven, cover the dish tightly with a towel so that the lasagna with minced meat is infused and soaked. When sliced, it will not crumble and delaminate.
If you could not get a special dough, then do not get upset. Preparing the dough to make delicious lasagna with minced meat is easy. For this we need:
- 400 ml of sifted premium flour;
- four selected large eggs;
- coarse salt.
Everything is done as follows. Flour is sifted on a cleaned table, on the board. In the center, a recess is made into which the eggs break. We add and start to hammer the flour into the eggs with a circular wave of the fork, then wet our hands in water and begin to quickly knead the dough. When it stops sticking to the working surface, roll it into a bun, cover with a towel and let it rest for about twenty minutes. Then we cut and roll into the thinnest layers, which need to be dried a little before cooking. Avoid crumbling dough for lasagna, otherwise the dish will not work juicy. Lasagna with minced meat can be supplemented with grated walnuts or your favorite seasonings.
