A step-by-step recipe for classic brushwood will help you revive this good tradition.
Ingredients for making dough:
- 350 grams of flour;
- four chicken eggs;
- 150 grams of granulated sugar;
- salt on the tip of a knife;
- 50 milliliters of milk;
- 50 milliliters of vegetable oil.
Frying Products:
- 600-700 milliliters of refined oil.

- Break the eggs into a deep bowl. Add sugar and salt to them. Mix the ingredients thoroughly with a whisk.
- Pour in milk and vegetable oil. Mix all components again.
- Add the sifted flour in small portions. Knead the dough with a spoon, and then, when the mass becomes sufficiently tight, with your hands.
