Take half a kilogram of tomato, the same amount of onion and sweet pepper, two pods of hot pepper, half a glass of granulated sugar, a teaspoon of salt, one hundred milliliters of vegetable oil, half a glass of 9% table vinegar, half a head of garlic and allspice in peas. Grind tomatoes, onions and peppers with a blender, simmer for thirty minutes on low heat, add all the ingredients except vinegar, boil to half the previous size, pour in the vinegar. After ten minutes, remove from heat and pour into cans.
