Many wounded soldiers would not have survived without their help - it was the horses that brought the soldiers, who had no strength to continue their journey, to the appointed point: a hospital or their camp. Draft and pack horses also transported ammunition and guns, food, without which soldiers could not survive a day.

Now these faithful animals have been replaced by cars and tractors. But the horse still remains the same companion and friend who will never betray his master for anything. They are actively used in sports: at competitions, races and so on. Horses in the modern world not only help us earn money or take goods from one point to another, but also treat us - in the literal sense of the word. They participate in activities held with sick children, they work with people with disabilities, they make thousands of people happy around the world.

Materials required for drawing

In order to draw a horse, as expected, we need a sheet of blank A4 paper. In addition, you need a simple pencil and eraser to remove errors in the picture. How to draw a horse in stages with a pencil

We take the sheet, put it horizontally and get to work. First, draw a large oval in the middle, then draw the neck and head.

The next step is to image the base of the legs (hips), tail and ears.

Here's how easy it is to draw a horse - quite simply and without unnecessary difficulties. While it doesn’t look very beautiful, we still need to give the image colorfulness, which is what we are going to do now.

How to color a horse

We take paints of dark brown and light brown colors. If you don’t have different shades of the same color at hand, you should not be discouraged: one color can be replaced by another - the horse does not have to be brown. Or you can use ordinary clean tap water. When water is added to the paint, it will become brighter - and this is in our hands. We paint the mane and tail of the horse in a dark brown color. Everything else is in a light shade. After the horse drawn in pencil is painted, draw a dark shade of brown along the edges of the outline. Also, the contours will need to be drawn in separate parts as shown in the figure. On the face we draw the nostrils, eyes, ear, mouth and jaw of the horse. The hips also give a convex effect with a dark shade. Horseshoes are also no exception - we always highlight them with dark color.

1. Draw a fold line, thus marking the back of the horse.
2. Draw a head.
3. Continue from the end line to draw the rib cage.
4. Depict the front foot with a hoof.
5. Also draw the hind leg, also with a hoof.
6. We finish the stomach and the remaining two legs with hooves.
7. Add tail, ears, mane, eye and nose.
8. Using an eraser, remove the line inside the mane. And add the background.

1. We draw, as was said above, a circle.
2. We paint on two ears.
3. Pull out the muzzle and draw the eye.
4. Draw the face.
5. We draw two lines, thereby depicting the neck.
6. Next - an uneven oval, which will serve as the body.
7. We draw a mane.
8. Add the front foot with the hoof.
9. Draw the second front foot.
10. We begin drawing the hind leg.
11. We finish it.
12. Add another hind leg.
13. Draw a wavy tail.
14. Using an eraser, we remove all unnecessary lines inside the body and face.
15. Add a few strokes, thereby showing the bulge in the horse's body.

Draw horses with children

It's no secret that all children love to draw. They have a very stormy fantasy, but it can sometimes be difficult for them to portray the desired pattern. You can introduce your children to the phased method of drawing. Here, for example, such horse play options.

In order to interest the child, it is better to first tell him a fairy tale in which the horse appears. Or include him a fun song about these beautiful animals.
