The secrets to making the perfect pork chop marinade

It’s easy to make the perfect marinade for pork chops. To do this, just mix certain ingredients and immerse the meat in the resulting mass. However, it should be remembered that an acid component must be present in the marinade. It is she who makes the meat more tender.

The basic principles of creating a marinade

  • The amount of fluid. It depends on the number of chops. Usually for 4 things a quarter cup of fruit juice / red wine / mineral water / soy sauce is enough. In general, for the meat to be well marinated, it must be completely covered with liquid. And in order for the appetizing crust to form on the chops, a little vegetable oil should be added to the marinade.
  • Vegetables for flavoring. Here you can unleash your culinary imagination. Most often, the role of "flavorings" are garlic and shallots. The first gives the marinade its special smell, and the shallot smoothes it somewhat. If you prefer more restrained aromas, then it is better to use not fresh vegetables, but dried and ground into powder.
