Important! Curls need to be dried after 5 days of soaking. It will be enough to get them wet with dry napkins and leave for half an hour.

- Put the crusts in a pan and pour the water in which they were soaked. Cut apples, core and place to peel. Add ginger and cinnamon, add sugar and bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat and simmer for 2–3 hours over low heat, stirring constantly.

- Let the jam cool for 9-10 hours, pour into clean jars and tightly cover with lids.
After a week, the jam will be candied, so before serving, melt it in the microwave or on the stove.
Lemon peel jam

Ingredients:
- lemon zest - 100 grams;
- sugar syrup - 130 grams;
- boiled water - 320 milliliters.
Cooking:
- To make lemon peel jam, peel it off the lemon, chop it and let it soak in water for a couple of days to remove the bitterness. Change the water twice a day.
- After this, you need to bring the crusts to a boil and cook for ten minutes on low heat.
- Cook sugar syrup - there is nothing new here. Add lemon zest to it and cook for five minutes on low heat.
- After this, you need to leave the mixture for a couple of days. Boil it once a day and mix. The syrup should thicken, and the peel should become transparent.
