Recipe for Making Red Beans from Caucasian Cuisine

Beans must be washed and soaked in cold water overnight. After this, rinse again, pour cold water and cook for an hour and a half on low heat until soft. Cut the onion heads into strips and pass until soft in vegetable oil. Finely chop the walnuts or grind in a blender, mix with crushed garlic, salt, red pepper and dry spices. After the beans are cooked, pour the remaining broth into another pan and add boiling water, if necessary, so that the volume is 0.5 liters. Beans can not be left in water for a long time, otherwise it will become stiff again and will no longer be boiled.

Bring the broth in the pan to a boil again, add the nuts, boil for five minutes over low heat, add the onion and cook for another three minutes with frequent stirring.
