It is safe to say that many homemade wines are better than those on store shelves in their characteristics. One of the most preferred wines is a blackcurrant drink . A viscous ruby ββcolor, a pleasant unique taste - it can also be compared with red sparkling. Although traditional wine is made from juice, currant wine at home, the recipe of which is set out below, does slightly different. If you make it the usual way, then it will come out too saturated and cloying, respectively, will not bring real pleasure. Therefore, to get the perfect wine from currant at home, the recipe must be followed.
Cooking process
A bottle with a capacity of 20 liters requires about 2 kg of black currant. You do not need to wash the berry, you just have to sort out it to remove small litter and unripe berries. Then the currant is poured into a bottle and filled with sweet and warm water. So, in a three-liter container, you need to pour one kilogram of sugar and pour non-hot water, mix until completely dissolved, and then pour the currants. The procedure should be repeated 4 more times. In the end, we have filled with a twenty-liter capacity. Then the bottle must be placed under the water lock. This is necessary so that oxygen does not affect the wine made from currant at home. The recipe is not designed for you to end up with vinegar.
Fermentation
The temperature of the room where the fermentation process will take place should be 22-24 degrees heat. If it is lower, then weak fermentation will result or it will not exist at all, and if it is higher, the wine will quickly win and will not gain strength. At the required temperature, fermentation should end for 24 days. During the fermentation of wine in a tube, one end of which is placed in a container of water, bubbles of escaping gas will be visible. During fermentation, it is necessary to shake the bottle of wine every day, rocking it. Within 2-3 days, the fermentation process will begin. On day 10-15, you can notice the most active phase of fermentation, gradually dying away. If you want carbonated wine, then you should not wait until it is completely fermented, you need to watch it. About once every 15-20 minutes, the gas bubble should exit the tube placed in the water. If you are not attracted to wine with gas, then you need to give it a finish. Sometimes it can be quite difficult to make a drink such as currant wine, the recipe of which has several modifications. However, to obtain a quality product, it is necessary to approach the cooking process with all responsibility.

Finished product
After you have determined that your wine is ready, you need to remove it from the yeast, that is, remove the berries that fell to the bottom from the wine. This is pretty simple. A second container is taken, which should be clean and dry, and installed below the container in which the wine is located. After carefully, so as not to pick up and seize the sediment, use the tube to pump the wine into a clean bottle. It must be moved to a room where the temperature does not exceed +10 degrees (preferably, of course, in the cellar), and again put under a water lock. A recipe for wine from currants provides this in order to completely stop fermentation, as well as to lower the sediment to the bottom. After 2 weeks, it is necessary to pour the drink into small containers. Plastic bottles are suitable for this purpose, although it is not recommended to store wine in them for a long time.
For long - term storage, wine is poured into glassware and tightly corked. Then you can count on the long-term storage of such a drink as wine from currant at home.
The recipe set forth above will help everyone to be surprised, because the drink turns out to be beautiful, and you will not blush in front of the guests by putting a jug of currant wine on the festive table.
