But her first serious work in the cinema is considered to be the role of schoolgirl Katya in the film “You Never Had A Dream ...”, shot by director Ilya Fraz in 1980 based on the novel “Roman and Yulka” by Galina Shcherbakova. The film premiered in March 1981, and already in December it was known that the film was watched by more than 26 million viewers. According to a survey of readers of the magazine "Soviet Screen", the film was recognized as the best film work of 1981. The premiere also took place in the United States in early March 1982.
Acquaintance with the world of cinema
Thanks to participating in the filming of the film “You Never Had Dreamed,” Tatyana Aksyuta met with such Soviet movie stars as Lidia Fedoseyeva-Shukshina, Leonid Filatov, Irina Miroshnichenko, Tatyana Pelttser, Lyubov Sokolova, Albert Filozov, Elena Solovey. Tatyana and Yuri were classmates. After graduation, they were offered to go to work in Bryansk, but they refused. Yuri soon joined the army, and Tatyana was waiting for him. When he returned, he decided to try himself in the role of announcer and director of the General Directorate of Programs of the All-Union Radio. Since 1990, he began working as a DJ at the first music radio station in Russia, Europe Plus. With Yuri Aksyuta the history of “Europe plus” practically began.
