What is butyrate? Many have heard this word, but not everyone understands exactly what its meaning is. Sodium oxybutyrate is exactly what they call street jargon. It is a product of mass chemical production. When dry, it resembles ordinary salt. Unfortunately, now too many teenagers know what butyrate is. It is called "boutique", "Oksana", "Oksik" and so on. Over the past decade, Russia has seen many attempts by drug dealers to promote butyrate. And, by the way, it has been banned in our country since 1997. Drug dealers sell it under the guise of a “chemically modified”, “refined” product. They spread false information that new forms of butyrate are legal.
The effect of butyrate on the body of a child who is still developing, has not matured, is simply fatal. The consequences that this substance has on the mind are unpredictable and terrible. It is just as dangerous as legal gas or lighter gas, which is sold on every corner. Nevertheless, the above substances, both permitted and prohibited, are extremely harmful to the body, because they are classified as poisonous. They are simply poisons.
What is butyrate and what is its effect? At the first use, it causes slight relaxation, a person feels euphoric, his mood improves. This condition is somewhat similar to alcohol intoxication. But after the first time, a teenager with a probability of almost one hundred percent wants to continue experiments on his health. Butyrate is taken using caps from plastic bottles, they measure the dose. The surge of pleasure and energy is so overwhelming that a person wants to try more and more. After the second or third plug in the liver, a critical concentration of poison is established. The body simply stops fighting with so many toxins and turns on the “inhibition mode”. Outwardly, this manifests itself in drowsiness, a desire to lie down, and a loss of interest in the surrounding and current events.
Recently, in medical instructions for anesthesia, it was recommended to administer 3 ml of butyrate to the patient in order to calm him down for about three hours. And if he was injected intravenously with about 6 ml in solution, then he would plunge into a deep narcotic sleep. In the conditions of the street, where almost everyone now knows what butyrate is, nobody really counts concentration. The result can be two options for the development of events: the first, when the body with the help of emetic reflexes tries to get rid of the poison; the second, if the brain is disconnected, and the person will plunge into a deep sleep. In the latter case, it can simply be choked with vomit in a dream.
But there is a big difference - to take butyrate for medical purposes as anesthesia or to use it to behave relaxed, overcome complexes, and gain self-confidence. This substance of medium concentration can only erase the barriers of decency, and in no way contribute to human communication. Under the butyrate, you can run naked along the street, believing that everything is fine.
What is butyrate in medicine? This fine-crystalline powder, which has a snow-white color with a slight yellowish tinge, is used in the treatment of insomnia, neurotic state, intoxication, in cases of traumatic CNS damage. It was synthesized for the first time in 1874. But the synthesis method was published almost 50 years later. Then it became known what butyrate is. It is taken to prolong sexual intercourse, as an antidepressant and so on. It is believed that this substance has an antihypoxic effect, acts as a soporific. But an overdose of them can cause a coma, and in most cases death. This is butyrate. What you now know what it is, as well as the fact that it should never be used as a means of entertaining those present at a party.
