Minced casserole
Baked cauliflower with meat is a full-fledged second course, quite hearty and tasty. To prepare it, you will need the following ingredients:
- cauliflower;
- 300-400 grams of minced meat, it is best to use mixed minced meat made from beef and pork;
- 1 egg;
- 100 grams of hard cheese;
- garlic - 2 cloves;
- onion - 1 head;
- ground pepper;
- mayonnaise.
First you need to thoroughly rinse the cauliflower, previously freeing the head of cabbage from the leaves. Inflorescences do not need to be separated from each other! Dip in boiling water, cook for about 6-7 minutes. We get out of the pan, and while the cauliflower cools down, we make minced meat. To do this, add raw egg, onion, salt, pepper to the ground meat and form a mass. We start the head with the resulting minced meat, filling it with the whole space between the inflorescences. It turns out a kind of ball. Then rub this bowl with garlic and coat with mayonnaise. We bake the dish for 45 minutes in the oven, the optimal temperature is 180-200 degrees.

Here is another recipe that will help you cook cauliflower very quickly and easily. For cooking, you need cabbage and cheese. We thoroughly clean the cabbage from dirt and leaves, wash it in cold water, put in a deep bowl and pour boiling water. Please note that baked cauliflower will turn out tastier if the product is not boiled in advance. Then drain the water and divide into inflorescences. Spread in the form, greased with oil, inflorescences up, sprinkle with grated cheese and bake in the oven until golden brown.
Cauliflower in milk sauce
Boil the peeled cauliflower slightly, divide into inflorescences, add milk sauce and mix. Then add the nutmeg to the resulting mass. We form individual portions, which we spread on a sheet, on top we still cover with milk sauce and breading. Bake in the oven.
