Broccoli with meat: recipes

Broccoli is ideal for those who lead a healthy lifestyle and adhere to proper nutrition. They say that this is a favorite food of vegetarians and an excellent ingredient for diet foods. Broccoli also goes well with meat, which can be seen by preparing the following dishes. Pork, beef, and poultry will do.

With pork

Required Products:

  • 100 g broccoli;
  • 200 g of pork;
  • one onion;
  • two tablespoons of vegetable oil;
  • salt;

Cooking process:

  1. Wash broccoli and divide into inflorescences.
  2. Pour water into a saucepan, put cabbage and cook for about five minutes.
  3. Pork into narrow strips.
  4. Pour vegetable oil into the pan. When it heats up put pieces of meat and fry.
  5. Chop the onions in feathers and put in a frying pan until cooked.
  6. With the finished broccoli, drain the water and put it in the meat with onions.

With fried beef

Essential Ingredients:

  • 500 g beef tenderloin;
  • 250 g broccoli;
  • one medium-sized carrot;
  • two cloves of garlic;
  • a teaspoon of starch;
  • two tablespoons of vegetable oil.

For pickling:

  • two tablespoons of soy sauce;
  • a tablespoon of starch;
  • a teaspoon of grated ginger.
Oven broccoli with meat

For the sauce:

  • 60 ml of broth (vegetable or meat);
  • a tablespoon of dry white wine;
  • three tablespoons of dark soy sauce.

Cooking process:

  1. Pour broccoli with water, bring to a boil and cook for three minutes. Then lay in a colander, dip in cold water.
  2. Peel the carrots, cut into thin strips.
  3. Peel and finely chop the garlic with a knife.
  4. Starch (a teaspoon) mixed with two tablespoons of water.
  5. To prepare the marinade in a container, mix starch, soy sauce and grated ginger.
  6. Cut the beef into thin enough strips, put in the marinade, close the container with a lid and shake. Leave on for 10 minutes.
  7. To make the sauce, mix the broth, wine and soy sauce.
  8. Heat vegetable oil in a pan, fry garlic over high heat until aroma appears (about 30 seconds). Put the meat and fry with stirring for two to three minutes. Then pour in the sauce, add broccoli and carrots, after boiling, cook for two minutes. Broccoli and carrots should remain crispy.
  9. Pour the starch into the pan, shake it and fry for two minutes with constant stirring. Remove from the stove when the sauce is visibly thickened.

Broccoli with meat can be served without a side dish, but if desired, you can cook boiled rice.

With turkey in the oven

Essential Ingredients:

  • 400 g of turkey;
  • two fork broccoli;
  • one medium onion;
  • two cloves of garlic;
  • a tablespoon of sunflower oil;
  • grated cheese;
  • pepper;
  • salt.

The order of cooking broccoli in the oven with turkey meat:

  1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees.
  2. Rinse broccoli, divide into inflorescences, dry and put in a baking dish.
  3. Cut the turkey into small cubes. Grind onions and garlic. Submit everything to the form.
  4. Sprinkle with sunflower oil, add pepper and salt, mix and put in the oven for half an hour. Turn over every ten minutes to evenly warm up.
  5. Remove the broccoli and meat from the oven and sprinkle with grated cheese.

With minced meat

For this dish, any stuffing is suitable: beef, pork, chicken.

Required Products:

  • 300 g minced meat;
  • forks of broccoli;
  • soy sauce;
  • two cloves of garlic;
  • a spoon of flour;
  • sunflower oil;
  • salt;
  • freshly ground pepper.

  1. Make marinade for minced meat from soy sauce and ground pepper. Marinate as time permits (skip this step).
  2. Pour water into a saucepan, salt, boil broccoli in it for four minutes. Then immediately drain the water.
  3. Put the frying pan with oil on the fire, when it is heated, put the garlic passed through the press. If desired, if you want to be sharper, add ground chili.
  4. Put minced meat in a pan, fry until color changes, pepper, add soy sauce and flour to thicken instead of salt.

  • half a glass of milk;
  • 100 g of cheese;
  • 50 g butter;
  • two tablespoons of flour;

  • two cloves of garlic;
  • pepper;
  • salt.
Chicken Broccoli with Sauce

Cooking process:

  1. Divide broccoli into inflorescences, boil them in salted water (cooking time - seven minutes).
  2. Dice the chicken and fry in vegetable oil, salt, pepper and add the garlic, passed through the press.
  3. Melt butter in a pan, add flour and milk, mix until smooth. Simmer the sauce over low heat until thickened.
  4. Arrange broccoli, chicken fillet in a plate, add white sauce and sprinkle with grated cheese. To melt the cheese, you can put the plates in the microwave.

Broccoli is a low-calorie product, but the energy value will depend on the other ingredients of the finished dish. Thus, you can cook from this cabbage and meat as light, dietary food, as well as hearty and fairly high-calorie.
