  • 70 grams of flour;
  • Β½ teaspoon dried garlic.

For batter:

  • 200-240 grams of wheat flour;
  • 300 milliliters of light beer;
  • 5 grams of fine salt.

  1. Zucchini (similar to the previous options) cut into slices with a thickness of about 1-1.5 centimeters.
  2. Put them in a bowl, sprinkle with garlic, salt, mix and leave for 15-30 minutes.
