However, you should first understand why it is useful to eat fried cheese. First of all, it helps fight stomach and intestinal ulcers. This dish will be especially useful if you choose hard cheese as the main ingredient . Yes, it is, of course, much more expensive than usual, but its taste after heat treatment is very pleasant. It contains a lot more calcium, as well as a minimum of calories.
Breaded Fried Cheese

- 300 g of hard cheese;
- 2 chicken eggs;

First you need to prepare a batter, in which you will dunk pieces of cheese. To do this, you need to break the eggs into one dish, mix them with half the breadcrumbs you have prepared and, salt, pepper, set aside.
