Immediately make a reservation: "Spider Web" is a salad that can be made from anything, the main thing is that it be properly decorated. So if you just want to present your favorite dish in an original way (or you are preparing it for Halloween), do not be shy and use the idea. However, if you have the intention to try something new, let it be the “correct” “Spider Web”. The salad has so many modifications that you will definitely like at least one.
Mushroom "Spider Web"
We won’t give the exact ratio of the products included in the salad: whichever you prefer, take those more. As always - complete freedom for culinary creativity. First of all, chicken is boiled. Usually, fillets are used, but the recipe does not protest against thighs either. The meat is finely chopped, can be divided into strands, and laid out on the bottom of the dish. Fresh mushrooms (champignons fit) are finely chopped, fried until cooked with chopped onion, spread out over the chicken and smeared with mayonnaise.
This salad "Spider Web" - with Korean carrots; if you bought a long one, it should be shredded shorter and put on mushrooms. From above, it is sprinkled with grated steep eggs, which again are covered with mayonnaise. The final layer is grated cheese; if desired, the layers can be repeated. The main thing will remain - decoration. Since we use Korean carrots, a cobweb is laid out from it, and canned peas or corn will completely pass for dew drops.
Pistachio Spider Web
At the base, again, is boiled chicken, chopped into cubes. It is again placed at the very bottom and smeared with light mayonnaise. A pair of hard-boiled eggs is chopped onto it and again smeared. Next - fresh cucumber sticks, grated cheese on them, and only after that - mayonnaise. The cubes of two tomatoes are poured last. That’s the cobweb salad. A pistachio recipe can be implemented in two ways: in one case they are crushed and mixed with cheese, in the other they are left whole, a mayonnaise net is drawn on the top of the salad, and its gaps are filled with nuts.
Sharp "Spider Web"
Interestingly, this is probably the only dish that in itself, without decorations, deserves the name "Spider Web". Salad is made with warm carrots and cheese; when they join, the latter forms thin long strings. Is very similar! And the composition is quite original. Mashed carrots coarsely and fry in olive (I would like) oil. Grams of 200 cheese are rubbed with fine chips and combined with frying. It is necessary to mix carefully, but intensively, so that the "cobwebs" are stretched. The salad is flavored with a lot of garlic and paprika. You do not need to refuel anything - just the oil in which the carrot was prepared. Have a warm!
Spider Web Salad with Crab Sticks
First of all, you will have to freeze a small piece of butter. A 100-gram slice of cheese, squirrels and yolks of four eggs are rubbed - all in separate bowls. A small onion is finely chopped, and a pack of crab sticks is cut into cubes. The layers go in this order:
- Sticks.
- Onions (can be doused with boiling water if you are afraid of bitterness).
- Squirrels.
- Oil (rubs directly above the salad bowl so that it does not have time to melt).
- Cheese.
- The yolks.
Everything except onions is smeared with light mayonnaise. Gently, do not wrinkle, otherwise the salad will settle. If you want, you can make this Spider Web salad with Korean carrots: put a fishing net with it, and make a spider out of a black olive. The dish should be infused in the cold for at least an hour.
Pineapple Recipe
Very original and unusual "Spider Web"! The salad is also laid out in layers, and the first is canned pineapple (in very small cubes), the second is pieces of boiled chicken fillet, the third are square slices of two green apples, the fourth is chopped salad onion, the fifth is corn from a small jar, and the sixth is grated 200 grams cheese. Everything except him is smeared with low-fat mayonnaise. A thin net is drawn on the cheese, where a spider from olive is planted (several can be).
"Spider Web-Chechilka"
Another salad that, in order to be similar to a spider web, does not need culinary tricks. And the recipe itself differs from all the others very, very radically. Small eggplant and zucchini are washed and cut in thin circles. They should be fried in olive oil. Several varieties of lettuce (little by little) are cut or arbitrarily torn and spilled out in the middle of the dish. Fried vegetables are laid out around the circle and sprinkled with Pesto sauce. Sun-dried tomatoes are laid out, and the top of the salad is covered with cheril, disassembled into long thin "strings". For refueling, olive oil (two parts) is combined with balsamic berry vinegar (one part), it sprinkles the whole structure and sprinkles with a spoon of almond shavings. Very tasty, unconventional and very attractive in appearance.
