Bull Eggs: Gourmet Recipe

Long gone are the days when store shelves were completely empty. Today in the markets or in grocery stores you can buy any products and prepare the most delicious food from them. Many products that were previously considered exotic have become an integral part of our everyday table.

However, some delicacies, despite their popularity in other countries, are still considered exotic in our country. For example, dishes from bull eggs, which are so popular in the East and the Caucasus, are still not familiar to many housewives. Some even feel some dislike at the mention of these ingredients, but in vain. In Arab countries, bull eggs, the recipe for which is known to every housewife, are offered to the most honored guests.

Before implementing any recipe for preparing bovine eggs, they must first be prepared. Since they are sold in their natural form, first you need to remove from them a thick shell, under which, like a nut in shell, the delicacy is hidden directly. To do this, the skin is incised, and the contents are carefully turned outward, as if they were removing the stocking from the leg. After this, the product is washed well, boiled for several minutes, so that excess fluid comes out. If you plan to cook a dish not from whole, but from cut eggs, they can already be divided into several slices or circles before cooking.

Bull eggs, the recipe for which any housewife can master, can have a very different taste. One has only to show a little imagination. The easiest way to cut them into several parts, then fry in a pan with a lot of onions. A delicate product is prepared within 15-20 minutes, no more. For flavor, the dish can be flavored with zira, coriander or any other spices. Fried eggs go well with classic white sauce, adjika.

Bull eggs, the recipe of which came from Arab countries, take a little longer to prepare. For the dish you will need:

  • pre-peeled, boiled eggs in slightly salted water;
  • zucchini;
  • bow;
  • carrot;
  • sour cream, yogurt or mayonnaise;
  • a lot of different greens;
  • salt;
  • pepper of several types;
  • vegetable oil;
  • some tomato sauce or tomato paste.

Shredded onions, julienne carrots are fried in a pan. It is important not to bring them to readiness a little so that the finished dish is not overcooked.

On another pan lay egg slices, zucchini, cut into cubes. As soon as they are lightly browned, onions and carrots are mixed with zucchini and eggs. When the zucchini becomes rosy, add any greens you like directly into the pan (do not forget about thyme or mint!), Sour cream or mayonnaise, tomato, cover, turn off the fire, leave for several minutes. The finished dish is laid out on plates, decorated with greens.

By the way, properly peeled, slightly welded bull eggs, the recipe of which involves the use of herbs and spices, have absolutely no smell. Therefore, their taste will depend on the seasonings with which the dish is prepared.

Absolutely unique taste is the salad of bovine eggs. To prepare it you will need:

  • about 8 eggs;
  • onions (about half a kilogram);
  • oily or regular cream;
  • multi-colored carrots;
  • multi-colored sweet peppers;
  • leaves of different salads;
  • salt;
  • pepper;
  • thyme;
  • coriander;
  • mint;
  • thyme.

Slices of carrots and straws from pepper are separately fried in a pan. After frying, it is better to recline them so that the glass has excess oil.

Separately prepare onion sauce. To do this, chop the onion until tender, simmer in a pan, add a spoonful of flour, fry until golden. Pour cream, add spices, simmer for half an hour. In principle, the sauce is ready, but to improve the consistency it can be blended.

Fry eggs with spices and salt in a separate frying pan until crisp. At the very end add onions, keep in a pan for another five minutes. Remove and allow excess fat to drain.

It's time to pick up a delicious salad. The plate is decorated with leaves of different salads, eggs, carrots, peppers are laid out on them. Sauce at the request of guests can be offered separately or pour them salad. Tasty, low-calorie cheap. After all, bull eggs, the recipe for which anyone can come up with, are quite inexpensive.
