It is difficult to imagine our life without consuming such a “native” from America as potatoes. Many people do not even imagine how they can live without the entrancing smell of fried potatoes, but there are few who can clearly tell what a potato share is. Peeled and washed potatoes are rubbed on a coarse grater. In this case, a grater for making Korean carrots is also great . The resulting potatoes are washed thoroughly in water and dried on a paper towel. The best cooking option is to use a special deep fryer. If it is absent, the prepared potatoes are dipped in small portions in a very hot oil and fried until tender. You should carefully monitor the frying process, as thin potatoes are very quickly fried and can simply “burn” in a pan. Potato pie salts after it is removed from vegetable oil (directly on a paper towel).

- chicken fillet - 50g;
- fresh cucumbers - 50 g;
- pickled cucumbers - 50 g;
- 1 clove of garlic;
- medium fat mayonnaise - 30-40 g;
- leaf salad - 15 g;
- potato pie - 30 g;
- pickled mushrooms (preferably white) - 30 g;
- chopped greens - 5 g;
- chopped green onions - 10 g;
- fine salt - 1 g;
- ground pepper - to your taste.
Cooking
Chicken fillet is cut into small pieces, salt, pepper and fry in a pan until cooked. Potato pie is prepared in one of the above ways. Pickled and fresh cucumbers are cut into small cubes. Chicken breast, cucumbers, finely chopped garlic, herbs and green onions, mayonnaise and salt are spread and mixed in a salad bowl. Washed and dried lettuce leaves are placed on a perimeter plate around the perimeter , and a mixture of all ingredients is placed on its center. Chilled potato share is laid on top of them. Pickled mushrooms cut into thin plates are nicely placed around the edge of the plate. Such a dish will become a real favorite of any table.
