Not surprising, because the beautiful chicken nuggets at home are more crispy and mouth-watering. Here, a fairly simple and even slightly refined recipe. Preparing chicken sticks breaded with sesame seeds. They diverge so quickly that it is recommended to double the rate of products. This is especially true if you have a large family.

How to cook chicken sticks

The following set of products is required:

  • Chicken fillet - large, at least half a kilogram.
  • Eggs - two pieces.
  • Flour - three large spoons.
  • Sesame seed - two spoons (large).
  • Salt, pepper - to taste.
  • Lean oil - for roasting sticks.

Cooking technology

Cut the fillet into strips. The thickness of each meat strip should not be more than one centimeter. Salt and generously sprinkle the resulting stripes with pepper. Leave the sticks for a while and start cooking batter.

Combine sesame seeds and crackers in a separate bowl. In a bowl, mix the eggs lightly until smooth.

Pour vegetable oil without aroma into a pan and heat it well. The bottom of the pan should be hidden by oil for one centimeter, so that the sticks are evenly fried and remain beautiful.

We proceed to the most important process of preparing breaded chicken sticks. Bread rolls generously in a dish with flour. Then dip them in the egg mixture and roll them again, but already in a mixture of crackers and sesame seeds. Immediately after this, dip the sticks into the heated oil.

Fry them until very strong brown, at medium temperature. We take out the finished snack on a flat dish, prudently covered with a kitchen paper towel. So the excess fat will leave the product.

Another simple recipe. Cooking chicken sticks in a batter of mayonnaise.

The list of ingredients:

  • chicken breast - three hundred grams;
  • an egg is one thing;
  • mayonnaise - two tablespoons (with top);
  • flour - two tablespoons (with a slide);
  • salt to taste;
  • bread crumbs - three large spoons;
  • seasoning for chicken - a small spoon;
  • aromatic lean oil - for frying.

And here is the process of making chicken sticks breaded and batter:

  1. We cut the meat in strips. Mix with salt and special seasoning for chicken.
  2. Batter: beat the egg and mayonnaise in a bowl until smooth, introduce flour and salt.
  3. We take strips of meat one at a time. First, send the chicken strip to the batter. Dip carefully so that all the meat is covered with it. It is more pleasant to do this procedure using special gloves. If you do not have such gloves, you can use medical ones. After bathing in batter, you must roll the meat strip of chicken in a dish with breadcrumbs.
  4. We warm our beloved pan with a thick bottom, pre-pour vegetable oil into it. It takes a lot of oil so that the chicken sticks practically float in it.

  • We fry the sticks over medium heat without covering the pan with a lid. In the process of preparing each portion, turn the sticks, for more uniform frying. Cooking time for chicken sticks is a total of about fifteen minutes.
  • On a wide flat dish we lay first a kitchen towel (paper), in several layers. Then we take out the resulting snack from the pan and put it on a towel - to absorb excess oil.

Serve these rosy and crispy sticks better with some sauce. Most often they use mayonnaise sauce, cheese or spicy tomato.
