The ingredients that make up the dish are as follows:

  • fresh or canned squids - 450 g;
  • a jar of red caviar;
  • shrimp - 20 pieces;
  • potatoes - 3 pieces;
  • chicken eggs - 5 pieces;

  • cheese - 100 g;
  • onion head;
  • ground pepper and salt;
  • mayonnaise;
  • sunflower oil.

We begin to prepare the salad "Heart of an Angel" with seafood:

  1. Boil the potatoes in their uniforms, let it cool, remove the skin and rub on a grater with small teeth.
  2. The next stage of preparation is the distribution of potato mass on a flat dish, while it should be given the shape of a heart. Then lightly salt the layer and grease with mayonnaise.
