Of course, every parent wants his baby to grow up a healthy and strong child. But for this an important factor is a healthy, healthy and balanced diet. A children's menu with Lika Dlugach will help mothers of little whims to improve the child’s appetite, diversify and enrich his diet and maintain the usefulness of the products in the cooked dish.
The child and his taste preferences
How many oddities are found in children's eating habits. Some categorically refuse to try a new product unknown to them, others do not want to eat vegetables in any way, still others hate fish, and even turn their nose back on its smell. This often happens even for mothers who have extraordinary culinary talents. Lika Dlugach, whose recipes are always creative and do not require special expenses, copes with this problem perfectly.
The main thing is to remember that a child, like an adult, has every right to his own taste preferences. Lika Dlugach believes that fears because the baby does not have the necessary substances, which, for example, are found in carrots, because he does not want to eat it, are unfounded. A child has the right not to like carrots just because he does not like it. Perhaps he will never eat her in his life at all. And absolutely nothing will happen to him. And in order not to be nervous from scratch, you must follow the rule that states that the child has the right not to love any of the products. This is his taste and his preferences. It’s just worth taking a closer look - something a child eats one or even two of a certain category of products. For example, he doesn’t eat an apple, but he eats up a pear with a banana, or refuses from oats, but at the same time he eats buckwheat porridge with pleasure.
A few ways to make friends with an unloved food
"Eat with your eyes"
According to Lika Dlugach, you first need to make sure that the child refuses to eat only because he really does not like food, and not because he feels bad from it. After all, it is possible that the consistency of a product simply causes involuntary spasms - too soft, lumpy, jelly-like and others. Also, the child may not like the color of the product from which he turns his nose. For example, a chicken cut into obscure pieces on a baby’s plate may simply not cause appetite, but a whole baked chicken with a golden crust is easy. There is a great chance that if the child is ready to "eat with his eyes," he will certainly try at ease.
Product Story
It may be necessary for the child to know as much as possible about the product - how it is made, grown, mined, prepared, and so on. Lika Dlugach, whose recipes are increasingly gaining popularity among mothers, always approaches this issue thoroughly. In her opinion, a joint shopping trip helps in this regard. Choosing certain products, you must definitely explain to the baby their origin. Such a chain of interesting and exciting events, such as the selection of products, acquaintance, purchase, home delivery, washing, cooking, can be an impetus for trying out something new even for the most fastidious child.
Good example
Another way is a good example. If there is something with great appetite, while praising the palatability of the consumed product, and even periodically drawing in the smell of food, but at the same time not offering it to the child, even a skeptical kid will not be able to resist it and will certainly want to try out this delicious miracle, which led the rest into such delight.
Cook together
It is worth attracting the child to the cooking process, as Lika Dlugach does, give him the opportunity to dream, add something new to a previously known dish. Make a step-by-step master class, capture this action on the camera. Here, certainly, no one can resist the temptation to try the creation of their own hands.
