How to make sprat sandwiches

Sandwiches are a great appetizer for the festive table. It is not easy to find a person who does not like to cook them, because in this process there is nothing complicated. Moreover, there is always the opportunity to dream up and come up with your own unique recipe. Personally, I really like sandwiches with sprats. I prepare them often enough for members of my family. I suggest you take note of some very delicious recipes.

1. Sandwiches with sprats "Student"

  • one can of canned sprat;
  • 2 cucumbers and tomatoes;
  • 250 g mayonnaise;
  • long loaf (best rifled);
  • a bunch of greenery.

Preparation: First of all, grease the loaf with mayonnaise. Among my friends there are those who first fry the loaf in a pan, but I personally skip this step. We wash cucumbers and tomatoes , cut into circles. We spread the vegetables on the loaf: first two slices of tomato, and on top - the same amount of cucumber. Well, on cucumbers we put one sprat or its half, if the fish is very large. And to make the sandwich not only tasty, but also beautiful, we decorate it with a sprig of greenery.

2. Sandwiches with sprats and egg

  • loaf;
  • cucumber;
  • sprats;
  • 3 eggs;
  • mayonnaise;
  • garlic.

Preparation: cut the loaf, dry it lightly in a toaster or fry in a pan. If desired, only one side can be fried. When the slices of the loaf have cooled, rub them with garlic (to the best of your desires), and then spread with mayonnaise. Grate the eggs on the smallest grater and put on sandwiches. The final touch - put one sprat, and next to it - a ring of cucumber.

3. Hot sandwiches with sprats

No less delicious are hot sandwiches with sprats. Here is one good recipe:

  • loaf;
  • sprats, better "Riga";
  • cheese;
  • ketchup;
  • a tomato;
  • garlic.

Preparation: if necessary, cut the loaf into slices. On top of each slice spread the squeezed garlic, although you can without it. Next, put a circle of tomato, on top of a sprat (or 2, depending on size), and then cheese. We put the sandwiches in the oven and bake until a golden crust appears. By the way, you can try baking them in a microwave, but only if it has a grill.

4. Sandwiches with sprats and brown bread

How I adore them, not even express in words!

  • black bread;
  • can of sprats;
  • pickled cucumber ;
  • vegetable oil;
  • mayonnaise.

Preparation: cut the slices of bread diagonally and lightly fry in a pan (add a little vegetable or cream butter). Put on a plate, let cool, and then spread each slice with mayonnaise, put a thin, oblong slice of pickled cucumber and sprat on top.

5. Sandwiches with sprats and onions

  • loaf;
  • 2 onions;
  • can of sprats;
  • ketchup "Chile";
  • mayonnaise.

Preparation: crush the sprats with a fork. Cut the onion into rings, pour boiling water, add sugar, pepper and a little vinegar. Grease the baton with ketchup and lightly bake in the oven. After that, put on each slice of sprats, put a ring of pickled onions on top and pour mayonnaise to taste. Put the sandwiches in the oven and bake for about fifteen minutes.

6. Used terbrody with sprats and carrots

  • slices of black bread ;
  • carrot;
  • garlic;
  • mayonnaise (sour cream);
  • sprats;
  • greens.

Preparation: fry slices of bread in a pan, but only on one side. Using a napkin, remove the remaining oil from the bread. Carrots need to be boiled, and then grated. Add chopped garlic to it and season with mayonnaise. If necessary, salt to taste. Put a little carrot mass on bread, and on top - sprat or two. Garnish with greens.

You can make such sandwiches with nothing at hand - a jar of sprats, your favorite vegetables and a little imagination. Personally, I like the fact that it takes a minimum of time to cook them, but how delicious they make sandwiches made by themselves.
