With champignons
This simple, but very tasty dish is prepared so easily and quickly that any newcomer can easily cope with such a task. To feed your family a similar dinner, you will need:
- 250 g of spaghetti (preferably from durum wheat).
- 250 ml cream.
- 200 g of champignons.
- Salt, water, herbs, seasonings, vegetable and butter.
Pieces of champignons are poured into a heated, slightly greased frying pan and fry them, without being lazy to stir systematically. As soon as the mushrooms are lightly browned, cream, salt and seasonings are added to them. All this is extinguished at the slowest fire, and then complemented with cooked spaghetti. Ready pasta with mushrooms in a creamy sauce is briefly heated on the included stove and transferred to plates, not forgetting to decorate with chopped greens.
With wine
This interesting dish was invented by Italian culinary specialists. It has a pleasant taste and a refined aroma. Therefore, it can be served not only for a regular dinner, but also for a romantic dinner. To cook such pasta with mushrooms and cheese in a creamy wine sauce, you will need:
- 300 g dry spaghetti.
- 300 ml of 10% cream.
- 250 g of raw champignons.
- 60 ml of good white wine.
- 2 cloves of garlic.
- Small onion.
- 80 g of cheese.
- Salt, water, Provence herbs, olive and butter.
Preparing such pasta with mushrooms and cheese is quite simple. To begin with, the washed and dried pieces of champignons are fried in a hot greased pan. As soon as they begin to brown, they add chopped onion to them and continue cooking. A little later, all this is poured with wine and waiting for the alcohol to evaporate. All this is languished on the smallest fire for twenty minutes, and then sprinkled with cheese chips and combined with pre-cooked spaghetti.
With ham and chicken
This mouth-watering and very high-calorie dish has a rich taste and a pronounced aroma. To cook pasta with mushrooms, chicken and ham for dinner, you will need:
- 300 g dry spaghetti.
- 200 g of chilled chicken fillet.
- 300 g of raw champignons.
- 250 g of quality ham.
- 100 g of parmesan.
- Yolks from four eggs.
- 250 ml of heavy cream.
- Salt, water, spices and olive oil.
Chicken and ham are cut into long strips and sent to a heated greased pan. As soon as they lightly brown, they add slices of mushrooms to them and cook everything together for about seven minutes. After the specified time, pre-boiled spaghetti and sauce made from grated parmesan, cream, salt, seasonings and egg yolks are sent to a common vessel. All this is briefly heated on the smallest fire and laid out in portioned plates.
With chicken and bell pepper
This bright and aromatic dish has a very delicate taste. To prepare it, you will need:
- 400 g of dried pasta.
- 200 g of chilled chicken fillet.
- 200 g of raw champignons.
- Sweet fleshy pepper.
- 200 ml of 20% cream.
- Salt, water, curry, feather onions, olive and butter.
You need to start the process of making pasta with mushrooms by treating chicken. The fillet is washed in cool water, dried dry with disposable kitchen towels, cut into not very large pieces and sent to a hot greased frying pan. As soon as the meat begins to be covered with a delicious crust, add champignon plates to it and cook all together for about seven minutes. At the end of the agreed time, curry, pieces of sweet pepper and chopped feather onion are poured into the general container. All this is salted, poured with cream and stewed under a lid. - 150 g of raw champignons.
- 100 g of mussels.
- 100 g of shrimp.
- 200 ml of heavy cream.
- Clove of garlic.
- Salt, water, dill, olive and butter.
The peeled garlic is fried in a hot greased pan. As soon as it is browned, it is removed from the vessel, and the plate of mushrooms is poured into the remaining flavored oil. After some time, the champignons are supplemented with salt, shrimp and mussels and stewed all together for three minutes. Then mushrooms and seafood are poured with cream, warm for a short time over low heat and mixed with boiled spaghetti.
