For the preparation of oriental sweets according to this recipe, you will need only 1 kg of fruit, 0.5 kg of sugar, a little sugar and starch. From such affordable and natural ingredients in just 3 days you can prepare a tasty and healthy treat.

At home, candied pears are prepared in the following sequence:

  1. The fruits are peeled, cut into slices and laid out in a pan. Pears are sprinkled with sugar on top, covered with a lid and left in this form for 6 hours.
  2. During this time, juice will stand out from the pears. It must be poured into a separate pan, put on a minimum fire and cook for 15 minutes after boiling. Pour the pears with the prepared syrup and leave for 15 minutes again.
  3. Repeat all the steps, but when the syrup is boiled for 15 minutes, you need to transfer the pears into it. Stew fruit over low heat for another 5 minutes.
  4. Fold the pears on a sieve and leave them in this form until the liquid drains completely.
  5. Pour 50 g of powdered sugar mixed with the same amount of starch onto a large flat plate. Spread the cooled pear slices on top.
  6. Candied fruit should be dried in a room with low humidity for 3 days. They should become dry and hard. Ready sweets should be rolled in powder and starch, put in a jar and stored under a lid in a cool place.

From solid and unripe fruits, a very useful treat is obtained. For homemade candied pears, it is necessary to peel the fruit (1 kg) from the seed. Then you need to boil the syrup from 200 ml of water, 1 kg of sugar and citric acid (1 teaspoon). After boiling, with indispensable stirring, keep it on fire for 5 minutes. Next, prepared pears are dropped into the syrup. The contents of the pan are brought to a boil and removed from the heat. Pears remain in syrup for a day.

The next 2 days, on high heat, bring the syrup to a boil, then, reducing heat, cook the pears for 5 minutes. Now the pan is removed from the heat, and the pears remain in the syrup at room temperature. On the fourth day, fruit should be cooked for 15 minutes, and on the fifth - 1.5 hours. Ready pears are folded on a sieve until the syrup is completely drained, and after cooling, they are laid out on parchment for a couple of hours. Dried candied fruits crumble in icing sugar.

This recipe for making a sweet treat differs from the previous one only in that small fruit slices are boiled in the syrup. First, pears (1.5 kg) are cut into slices, after which they are poured with boiling water (2 cups) for 10 minutes. After this, the liquid is poured into the pan, sugar (600 g) is added and the syrup is boiled. 5 minutes after boiling, slices of pear are added to it. They need to be boiled for five minutes, then removed from the heat and wait until it cools completely (at least 4 hours).

Bring to a boil, boil for 5 minutes and cool the pears should be at least 5 times. As a result, the syrup should become thick, and the slices should be transparent.
