Cut crab sticks, eggs and potatoes into small cubes. Grate the cheese on a grater of medium or small fractions.
We collect the salad in layers, placing them at our discretion. The most significant moment - the shrimp are laid out on the surface of the salad. We coat each layer with mayonnaise (except for caviar). Salad can be served in a transparent dish so that the layers are visible. - Potatoes - 2-3 pieces.
- Egg - 2-3 pieces.
- Large apple - 1 piece.
- Crab sticks - 200-400 grams.
- Bulb - 1 head of medium diameter.
- Mayonnaise and salt to taste.
- Boiled carrots - optional. Quantity at the discretion of the experimenter.
Step-by-step instruction
Cook potatoes, eggs and carrots in advance. Cool and clean them.
Release the sticks from the packaging. You can cut them into cubes or short straws.
Chop the onion finely. Rinse it with water to wash off the bitterness. Soak for 20 minutes in the marinade. To prepare the marinade, vinegar and water are mixed in a ratio of one to one.
Grind potatoes and carrots into cubes or grate on a coarse grater.
We will process the eggs as follows: rub the proteins on a coarse grater separately from the yolks. The latter are simply crushed so that they turn into a homogeneous loose mass.
