The calculation of the products is as follows: for each kilogram of pears, the same sugar is taken, and the acid is put at the rate of 1 gram per liter. Dissolve the acid. Cut pears into halves or quarters, remove seeds and specks, spoiled places. Pour the solution and leave for 20 minutes. Then strain, drain the remaining lemon water and put it in jars (fill them with pears half or a little less). Pour in syrup (2 liters of water per 1 kg of sugar), sterilize for 25 minutes and roll up. Put the jars on the lids, wrap them up and leave to cool for a day. compote of apples and pears called "Paradise". It is so unusual in name because it is cooked from extremely delicious paradise apples. The amount of fruit is taken as a derivative, but for each kilogram there is 600 g of ordinary sugar and 10 of vanilla. Sort the fruits, wash. Puncture apples with sharpened wooden sticks.
