To do this, add olive oil, table soda and table salt to drinking water at room temperature, and then sifted snow-white flour is gradually added.
Knead all the ingredients until you have a uniform and soft dough that does not stick to your palms. It is wrapped with cling film and left in a warm place for twenty minutes. In the meantime, begin processing the remaining products.

First, sugar is dissolved in warm water, and then dry yeast. Then they add salt, chicken egg, olive oil and snow-white sifted flour. After kneading a not very cool dough, it is covered with a lid and left to warm for 35-50 minutes.

We prepare the components for the filling
For cooking homemade pizza, we decided to use boiled sausage. It is cleaned from the shell and cut into small cubes. Fresh champignons, bell peppers and tomatoes are also separately chopped.
