1) The most common dish is probably "navy pasta".

For this dish we need 300 grams of homemade minced meat (50% pork, 50% beef), 400 grams of pasta of any shape, onions, tomato paste, fresh carrots, salt, bay leaf, greens. First, prepare a dressing. Grind onions and carrots, fry in butter. Then, when the carrots become softer, add minced meat, salt and fry. After 10 min, pour a small amount of water (half a glass of water will be enough), add tomato paste. Simmer for another 10 minutes until the water evaporates.

While the meat dressing is stewed, it is necessary to boil the pasta. To do this, put the pasta and bay leaf in boiling salt water. Then, when the pasta is cooked, drain the water and combine with the meat dressing, decorate with greens. In order to cook pasta with minced meat, you will need no more than 40 minutes; agree, this is an ideal option when there is no energy for something exquisite and you really want to eat.

2) In general, you can use any mincemeat, for example, give a recipe - pasta with minced chicken.

To prepare this dish you will need: 300 grams of minced chicken, 300 grams of pasta, butter 50 grams, onions, salt and pepper. Minced chicken fried with onion in butter. It is better to use butter, since minced chicken is a little dry in itself, and vegetable oil will not emphasize the taste of chicken minced as much as cream. Boil pasta in salted water, drain and combine with minced meat. If desired, the dish can be sprinkled with grated cheese and garnished with herbs. That's all, pasta with minced chicken meat is ready. Cooking time also does not take more than 40 minutes.

In any store you can find special pasta for stuffing, as a rule, they are large with a hole inside. Any housewife probably knows how to cook stuffed pasta and how to cook the filling correctly. You can experiment with the stuffing for stuffing, as well as with the stuffing for pizza: everything in the refrigerator will fit: cheese, sausage, sausages, minced meat, mushrooms and even fish.

For stuffed pasta we need: pasta snails 10 pieces, boiled sausage or regular sausages, hard cheese, a clove of garlic, salt, tomato sauce if desired, greens. To begin with, boil the snails in salt water, but not so much that they remain a little hard. Then prepare the filling: cut the sausage into cubes, add chopped garlic, herbs, salt. Stuff the snails with the obtained sausage filling, fold them into a greased form, sprinkle with grated cheese, herbs and bake in the oven for 20 minutes. Sausage can be replaced with any other product, such as mushrooms or minced meat, you get a no less tasty dish.
