The world of cooking is truly multifaceted. I was once again convinced of this when I tried visiting rolls from pancakes. This dish struck me so much that when I returned home, I decided to search all the sites and books in search of a suitable recipe. There were many recipes, some of them I have prepared and I want to share with you.
1) Rolls from pancakes with salmon. For pancake dough, we need 1 liter of milk, 1 egg, 1.5 cups of wheat flour, salt and granulated sugar. Beat the egg with salt and sugar, add milk, mix. We introduce flour in small portions so that there are no lumps. It will turn out a thin batter, we will bake thin pancakes from it.
For the filling, we need 200 grams of slightly salted salmon (I use the usual preserves from salmon), a bath of cream cheese, any greens.
It is advisable that the pancakes be hot when we spread the cream cheese. Then we lay the salmon, sprinkle with chopped herbs, roll the pancake with a roll. Cut the pancake into about 5-6 pieces, put it nicely on a plate and serve. Such pancake rolls with red fish will be the perfect snack.
2) Another recipe for a good and tasty snack is obtained from sausage and cheese. So, to make rolls of pancakes with boiled sausage and cheese, we need 300 grams of boiled sausage (Doctor's or Milk), 200 grams of hard cheese, mayonnaise and greens. We prepare the pancake dough according to the first recipe: from milk, eggs and flour.
We cut sausage and cheese into very thin slices. On the finished pancake, we spread the mayonnaise with a thin layer, lay the sausage, cheese, sprinkle with herbs and turn it into a roll. Cut into pieces and serve. From these same rolls I decided to cook a hot appetizer - I just took and fried on both sides until golden brown, the cheese was slightly melted, it turned out to be very tasty and satisfying.
3) Sweet pancake rolls with oranges and curd cheese. This recipe is great for a festive dessert. We cook pancakes in the same way, bake. For the filling, we need three ripe oranges, three cottage cheese vanilla cheese (each 100 grams, total - 300 grams of cheese). Damn straighten, spread cottage cheese. We clean the oranges, divide into slices and remove the entire skin. Cut a slice along - we get a thin slice. We place the orange slices on top of the curd cheese, roll the pancake and roll into slices. Such pancake rolls will please little sweet tooth most of all, and adults will also like it.
4) Pancake rolls with spinach and caviar. This recipe is slightly different from the previous ones. We prepare the dough in the same way, but we also add chopped spinach to it - the pancakes turn green. To contrast the color, we will use red caviar as a filling - evenly distribute on the pancake surface, wrap and cut into pieces. If the roll unfolds and does not hold its shape, you can pierce each roll with a skewer or a toothpick.
5) For lovers of meat snacks I offer rolls with ham and Adyghe cheese. The dough can be prepared according to the old recipe, but for these pancakes I use kefir instead of milk. Beat the egg with salt and a pinch of sugar, quench the soda with vinegar (the mass becomes lush), pour the flour in small portions and knead the semi-liquid dough, bake on both sides. Then cut the ham and cheese into thin slices, put the ham on the pancake, then cheese, wrap and cut into pieces. One pancake I can cut into 5 medium rolls.
In general, you can experiment with the filling, someone likes it more clearly, someone likes vegetable rolls, and kids vote for sweets. I try to please everyone at once: I cook both sweets and meat, and my husband is happy, and the children are not offended. Enjoy your meal!
