How to bake pies in the oven

Now you need to gradually introduce 4 cups of flour into this mixture and stir the dough, not letting the lumps appear. Lastly, add a third of a tablespoon of melted butter or margarine to the kneading dough. Knead carefully so that the mass does not stick to the hands.

Ready dough should be put in a deep bowl, which is greased with vegetable oil, cover with a clean cotton towel and set aside for a "approach" in a warm place.

Before baking pies in the oven, it is naturally necessary to prepare the filling. Do this and forget about the test for a while. Stew the cabbage first with spices and onions. Minced meat should be fried in a pan or cooked meat in a meat grinder, putting fried onions in it. Now the prepared pies with the seam down must be laid on a baking sheet, which is pre-oiled and sprinkled with flour. The distance between the pies should be 2 cm.
