Rice with wings in the oven: recipe and cooking method

Required Products:

  • rice groats - 200 grams;
  • chicken wings - 6-8 pcs.;
  • bulb onion - 1 pc.;
  • carrot - 1 pc.;
  • salt;
  • ground black pepper;
  • dried basil greens;
  • bell pepper - 1 pc.;
  • garlic - 3-4 cloves;
  • hard cheese - 125 grams.

Due to the fact that the chicken is baked in the oven with cheese, the finished dish is very tender, tasty and has a pleasant creamy aroma.

How to make rice with wings in the oven:

  1. First of all, it is necessary to wash the rice groats with cold water. Repeat this action until the water becomes clear.
  2. Dip chicken wings with boiling water, dry with paper towels and rub with spices.
  3. Grind garlic cloves under a press.
  4. We cut the stalk of bell pepper, remove the core and seeds.
  5. Then cut it into small slices.
  6. We clean the carrots and shred it with a thin straw.
  7. Remove the husk from the onion and cut it into half rings.
  8. We drain the excess liquid from the rice and pour it into a bowl with high sides.
  9. Lay the chicken wings on top of the cereal in one layer.
  10. Sprinkle them with vegetables and chopped garlic.
  11. Three cheese on a grater and distribute it over the entire surface of the mold.
  12. Lastly, pour two glasses of cold water and send the dish into the preheated oven.
  13. Bake for 40-50 minutes until cooked.

For such a dish, it is best to use tomato paste, garlic or mushroom sauce, as well as fat sour cream. You can decorate with chopped herbs or a bunch of green onions, cut into thin rings.

Ingredients:

  • chicken wings - 900 grams;
  • rice - 450 grams;
  • salt;
  • paprika;
  • oregano;
  • hops-suneli;
  • sunflower oil - 50 grams;
  • curry - 1 tsp;
  • flax, sesame and sunflower seeds - 50 grams.

At your discretion, champignons, tomatoes or canned corn can be added to the presented recipe.

Cooking method

Cooking rice with wings in the oven:

  1. First of all, we soak the rice in warm water for about half an hour.
  2. We wash the chicken wings under running water, dry and sprinkle with spices.
  3. We heat the pan, add the sunflower oil and fry the wings until a ruddy and appetizing crust is formed.
  4. Drain the remaining water from the rice cereal, pour it into a mold.
  5. Then we shift the chicken wings, previously cut into two parts, and the remaining spices with salt.
  6. Pour in water or chicken broth in the ratio with rice 1: 2.
  7. We send the baking dish to the preheated oven for 45 minutes.

As soon as the rice with wings in the oven is ready, put it on plates and sprinkle with seeds of flax, sunflower and sesame seeds. Optionally, you can add a couple of sprigs of parsley or basil.

For sauce, we recommend using sour cream, garlic or mushroom supplement. You can also make homemade spicy sauce of tomatoes and garlic. To do this, grind fresh tomatoes, a couple of cloves of garlic, pepper and a small amount of oil in a blender.
