Conjunctivitis
Inflammation of the eye mucosa in most cases develops in rabbits due to a lack of vitamin A. To make up for it, just give the animals as much carrots as possible. If this does not help, check for sand or feed particles in their eyes. Catarrhal conjunctivitis may require rinsing with a solution of boric acid and instillation of medication under the eyelids. If you do not start treatment on time, an animal may develop an eyesore.
Infections
