For the test you will need: a glass of milk; a glass of sour cream ;; salt; soda; sugar; flour (how much will take); egg; 50 gr vegetable oil.
For the filling: ½ a small head of cabbage; ½ cup of milk; bulb; butter; 2 boiled eggs; salt.
Take ½ teaspoon of soda, extinguish it with sour cream. Heat the milk and put in it a teaspoon of sugar and salt. Pour vegetable oil, sour cream with soda and an egg into milk . Then add flour in such a way that the dough consistency turns out like thick sour cream.
Finely chop the cabbage, put it in a pan, add milk and simmer until almost ready. Put the onions separately fried in butter in cabbage and hold them on the fire for a little longer. Cool, add chopped boiled eggs, salt.
