Boyar pork

You bought pork and are considering how to cook it so that your family just gasps. Try to bring to life an excellent recipe - "Boyar-style pork." What associations does this name cause you? Of course, you imagined something luxurious, meat that you really want to taste. Cooking such a dish is not difficult. It is based on the chop principle, but in order to get real pork boyars, you just need a little more time and a certain set of products.

The sequence of operations for cooking:

• rinse the meat (about 1 kg), dry with a towel, cut across the fibers in batches;

• apply salt, pepper and spices to the meat and grate it evenly;

• meat needs to be marinated, so stack the pieces of pork on top of each other and put in a glass dish to marinate in the refrigerator for about 1 hour. A pile of meat is better saturated. If you do not mind mustard, then having coated it with meat, you will get the best result - pork will become unusually soft;

• after pickling, beat each piece of meat, roll it in flour and fry in hot vegetable oil from each side until a golden crust is formed;

• boil mushrooms (300 g) in salt water, cool and cut into thin slices;

• tomato (1 pc.) And onion cut into small cubes;

• combine mushrooms, onions and tomato, add mayonnaise;

• on a baking sheet, lay out the pieces of pork, put the prepared mixture on top;

• Sprinkle each piece separately with grated cheese;

• in the oven, pork should be baked boyars for about 10 minutes. When the cheese melts well, you can take out the dish and serve hot to the table.

Boyar pork has one remarkable advantage: you can cook chops and a mixture of mushrooms, tomatoes and onions in advance. All components can be kept in the refrigerator and, for example, having come home from work, in 10 minutes to prepare a great dinner for your family. Like an expensive restaurant!

Mexican Pork

Another variation on pork. But in this dish meat is cut into smaller pieces and is not cooked in portions, but as one big dish. Mexican cuisine is distinguished by the sharpness of its dishes and the brightness of colors. In addition, Mexican meat does not require a side dish, as an independent dish. The result does not depend on the accuracy of the proportions of the ingredients - in any case, the taste will be excellent.

• cut the pork into medium slices, salt and combine with spices for meat;

• Dice the onions and mix with the meat. Refrigerate;

• chop pepper of different colors into strips;

• cut tomatoes into cubes;

• over high heat in hot vegetable oil, fry meat with onions until it turns pinkish-gray;

• After this, put the vegetables: tomatoes, bell peppers, Mexican mixture in the form of canned peas, corn and bell pepper. Mix everything and cook under the lid for about 30-40 minutes;

• add chopped garlic, hot red pepper powder and herbs at the end.

Stroganoff pork

For this dish, the pork pulp must be cut into long, narrow cubes.

• meat cut into strips (0.5 kg), sprinkle with pepper and leave for a while;

• finely chop one onion and fry in butter;

• cut mushrooms (250 g) into 4 parts and fry with onions for about 3-4 minutes;

• fry pork sticks in butter in a separate frying pan with high heat. Then reduce the heat and cook the meat for about 15 minutes;

• Add 200 g canned corn, onions and mushrooms to the fried meat. Keep on low heat a little more time;

• pour sour cream (150 g) into the pan. Salt and pepper to taste. Season with cinnamon and nutmeg (a quarter teaspoon each);

• put the finished elegant pork in a Stroganov style on a dish and sprinkle with paprika.
