- a can of pickled champignons;
- 3 tomatoes;
- green onions;

- mayonnaise.
To decorate the salad, prepare:
- a pack of crackers;
- one small tomato;
- several branches of dill;
- a couple of olives;
- 1 tablespoon of poppy seeds.
Cooking salad
- Rinse the fillet thoroughly under running water, remove the fatty layers and boil, drain the water and set aside for a while.
- The main feature of the salad “Red Poppy” is its pleasant, slightly spicy taste. To do this, add some favorite spices and a clove of finely chopped garlic.
- Do not overdo it with salt, as the salad is seasoned with mayonnaise.
- Cut the finished fillet into small cubes or divide into fibers (finely) - at your discretion.
- Open a jar of pickled mushrooms and drain the liquid. Cut champignons into thin slices. It's great if you have homemade pickled mushrooms, it will be no less tasty with them.
- Rinse the tomatoes and peel. To do this, put them in a colander and pour boiling water over it. After a few seconds, the skin is easily separated from the pulp. Cut into cubes, adhering to the size of the chopped fillet.
- Grate the cheese on a coarse grater.
