  • soy sauce - 6 tablespoons.

Pork with peaches is prepared as follows:

  1. The meat is washed, cleaned of films, fried in oil in a pan, while the fire should be strong. Be sure to salt the meat during frying. As soon as it becomes golden brown, the fire is reduced.
  2. The onion is cut into half rings, and carrots - medium sized cubes.
  3. Prepared vegetables are laid in a meat pan, frying all together for 5 minutes.
  4. Bulgarian pepper is cut into strips and sent to the pan. Note the time 5-7 minutes.
  5. Coriander, garlic, ginger, paprika, chili, vinegar and soy sauce are mixed in a small bowl.
  6. The prepared mixture is poured into the pan. Once again, everything is salted, mixed. Stew for 5 minutes, no more.

  • 2 types of meat: pork fillet - 300 grams, chicken - 100 grams;
  • 1 onion;
  • 1 carrot;

  • 3 cloves of garlic;
  • soy sauce;
