Lavash roll with cheese and egg: recipes

Lavash roll is a quick, affordable and very easy to prepare dish that will help out in a variety of situations. This appetizer can be either cold or hot - in the second case, the rolls are baked in the oven or fried in a pan. Almost any ingredients for the filling will do. We offer several recipes for pita roll with cheese and egg.

With garlic and herbs

A very simple option that is ideal for both breakfast and a picnic. To prepare it, take:

  • Armenian lavash;
  • two eggs;
  • 200 g of cheese;
  • two tablespoons of mayonnaise;
  • two cloves of garlic;
  • half a bunch of greenery.

Cooking:

  1. Hard-boiled eggs. When cooled, remove the shell and grate.
  2. Then grate the garlic and cheese as small as possible.
  3. Finely chop the greens.
  4. Put all of these ingredients in a bowl, add mayonnaise and mix.
  5. Lay out the Armenian pita bread on the table, apply a layer of cooked filling on it and wrap it with a roll.
  6. Put in the refrigerator for half an hour or an hour.
  7. Remove the chilled dish from the refrigerator and cut into portions.

With crab meat

This crab roll will not leave anyone indifferent. To cook it, take:

  • 400 g of crab meat;
  • 150 g of cheese;
  • three eggs;
  • three cloves of garlic;
  • four sheets of Armenian pita bread;
  • greens;
  • 300 g of mayonnaise.

Cooking:

  1. Boil the eggs to get very steep, chop them with a knife.
  2. Grind parsley and dill and combine with eggs.
  3. Add a third of mayonnaise and mix.
  4. Finely chop the crab meat with a knife, add a third of the mayonnaise to it and mix.
  5. Finely grate cheese, chop garlic. Combine the ingredients, add the remaining third of mayonnaise and mix.
  6. Put two Armenian pita so that one goes on the other.
  7. Put a layer of eggs and greens on the pita bread, on it a sheet of pita bread. Next, a layer of crab filling, then a sheet of pita bread. The last layer is cheese with garlic. Roll up the roll, send in the refrigerator for three hours.
  8. Before serving a roll of pita bread with crab, egg and cheese on the table, it needs to be cut into portions and garnished with fresh herbs.

With crab sticks

This is a very popular ingredient, which is part of snacks and salads that are popular with Russians. To prepare pita roll with egg, cheese and crab sticks, we take:

  • 250 grams of crab sticks;
  • Armenian lavash;
  • one egg;
  • two processed cheeses (100 g each);
  • two cloves of garlic;
  • a bunch of dill;
  • mayonnaise to taste.

Cooking:

  1. Grate processed cheese (it is better to choose harder and denser). If the cheese is soft, you need to knead it, for example, with a fork.
  2. Wash the dill, shake, let dry and chop finely with a knife.
  3. Peel the garlic and squeeze using a press. Its amount depends only on your own taste.
  4. Boil a hard-boiled egg, cool, dip in cold water for ten minutes, peel and grate.
  5. Put the egg, cheese, garlic and dill in a bowl, add mayonnaise and mix.
  6. Grind crab sticks with a kitchen knife.
  7. Lay the pita bread on the table, apply a layer of mass of eggs, processed cheese, garlic, herbs and mayonnaise.
  8. Put crab sticks on top of this layer and wrap it in a roll.
  9. Hold the finished roll in the refrigerator, then remove and cut about 2 cm thick.

With canned goods

Another option for preparing snacks is with canned saury. To prepare the dish we take:

  • a bank of saury;
  • 200 g of cheese;
  • three eggs;
  • three sheets of thin Armenian pita bread;
  • a bunch of dill (or other herbs to taste);
  • 300 g mayonnaise (you can take to taste).

Cooking:

  1. Open a jar of saury, drain the liquid, transfer the fish to a plate, then knead.
  2. Grate the cheese.
  3. Grate steep eggs or knead with a fork.
  4. Chop greens, pour it into mayonnaise and mix.
  5. Put the first sheet of pita bread on the table, spread it with mayonnaise and dill and put saury on top.
  6. On top of saury - the second sheet, apply a layer of mayonnaise on it and lay the eggs.
  7. Put the third sheet, on it - mayonnaise, then grated cheese.
  8. Roll the roll carefully so as not to damage the pita bread. While twisting, try to make it as tight as possible.
  9. Put the pita roll with egg and cheese in the refrigerator for a couple of hours.

Chilled dish cut into portions about 1.5-2 cm thick and serve.
