For this winter harvest, you will need about 5 kg of cucumbers, 3 kg of tomatoes, 1 kg of bell pepper, a glass of vinegar, a glass of sugar and a half glass of sunflower oil. Using a meat grinder, grind slices of pepper and tomatoes, mix the mixture with vinegar and oil, add sugar and simmer for a quarter of an hour. During this time, we prepare cucumbers: peel and cut into semicircular pieces. Add them to the lecho, at the same stage you can enter spices and salt. Cook for at least 15 minutes, but no more than half an hour. A few minutes before turning off, add garlic, crushed with a special press. Distribute the warm bed on the banks and close for the winter.
