Plot
This film is based on a work of the same name authored by the great Bram Stoker. This book is an example of classical Gothic literature and one of the most widely read works about vampires for many decades.
The plot of the picture was adapted for the "new time", but did not lose its charm and intrigue. Moreover, this was far from the first such film, and viewers still need to be surprised.
So, the action takes place in London at the end of the 19th century. Jonathan Harker - a young and ambitious lawyer - falls in love with the beautiful Mina. They decide to get married, but Jonathan has to leave her and go to the distant and mysterious Transylvania to a certain count named Dracula. He needs a harker to implement his plans for the acquisition of real estate in the English capital. Only upon arrival at the castle, Jonathan learns that Dracula is not so simple and far from the one who seems at first glance.
In addition, upon seeing Mina in the photo, the count recognizes in her his beloved Elizabeth. From that moment on, he becomes obsessed with only one goal - to gain Mina’s disposition at all costs in order to reunite with the soul of the deceased wife.
