Salad with pineapple and chicken - delicious, simple and beautiful

Salads are an integral part of both a festive and everyday table. And adding fruits to them only makes them healthier and tastier. Currently, salads with the addition of pineapples have gained immense popularity. This exotic fruit can be used both fresh and canned.

Dietitians recommend such salads to people who are overweight, since pineapple contributes to the effective burning of fat. In preparation, they are quite simple and do not require a large investment of time. Salad with Pineapple and Chicken

In order to cook it, we need: a pound of chicken, a jar of canned pineapple, one orange or you can take two tangerines, a glass of boiled rice, a jar of mayonnaise, two tablespoons of sour cream and any greens to taste.

Recipe: preparing salad dressing. To do this, mix in a cup mayonnaise, sour cream, juice from under pineapples and mix well. In order for the salad with pineapples and chicken to keep its shape, the dressing should not be made too liquid.

Boil the fillet or, if desired, fry and cut into small pieces.
Finely chop the greens and add to the boiled rice. We take a salad bowl, spread the meat and pour the dressing. We put rice on top of the meat and pour over the dressing again. Then lay out the pineapple, orange or mandarin. The dish is ready.
Salad with pineapple and chicken can be changed a little. Instead of rice, you can take grated cheese or mushrooms. It turns out very tasty and satisfying.

Another option: salad with pineapple and chicken and eggs.

We need: chicken breast, 300 grams of any mushrooms, three boiled eggs, a slice of cheese, onion, three cloves of garlic, a half jar of pineapple (canned) and a light mayonnaise for dressing.

Preparation: cut the mushrooms into slices, chop the onion finely and fry everything in a pan, not forgetting to salt. Boil the breast and cut into pieces. Boiled eggs are cut into cubes. Cheese, if desired, can be grated or cut into small cubes. We combine all the products and add the pieces of pineapple. Grind the garlic using garlic presses, add to mayonnaise, mix and pour the salad. If necessary, add salt.

Salad with Pineapple and Garlic

Ingredients: 300 grams of cheese (hard), a can of canned pineapples, three cloves of garlic, mayonnaise.

Preparation: remove the pineapples from the jar, drain the juice and cut into cubes.
Grind cheese and garlic on a fine grater. Mix everything, add mayonnaise and mix.

Layered Chicken and Pineapple Salad

To prepare it you need: a large chicken breast, a can of canned pineapple, two apples (preferably green), an average onion, a can of canned corn, 200 grams of hard cheese.

Preparation: boil the breast in salted water until tender or fry in a pan and cut into small pieces. Peel the apples, cut the core and cut into small cubes. Onion thinly shred in half rings. Grate the cheese on a medium-sized grater.
Now take a wide salad bowl and spread the products in layers:
The first layer is pineapple cubes.
The second layer is pieces of chicken.
The third layer is apple cubes.
The fourth layer is onions.
The fifth layer is corn without liquid.
And the last layer is grated cheese.
We coat each layer well with mayonnaise and, if necessary, add some salt. On the surface of the salad, draw a spider web of mayonnaise and cut a small spider out of olive. It turns out very tasty, beautiful and original.
