You can stuff chicken with bacon with any products, but today we suggest making a filling of rice and mushrooms.
Will be required for cooking:
- whole chicken weighing up to one and a half kilograms;
- thinly sliced ββbacon;
- half a glass of rice;
- a glass of mushrooms;
- two cloves of garlic;
- small onion;
- paprika, ground allspice and salt;
- a tablespoon of butter;
- a quarter of a lemon.
We also need toothpicks, with which we will attach the bacon to the chicken so that it does not slip during baking, because the fat will begin to melt, and the pieces will simply fall to the bottom of the baking sheet.
Cooking stuffed chicken
Due to the bacon, poultry meat will turn out to be very tender and juicy inside, with a beautiful crust on the outside.
