Chain of bars "Wine Bazaar"

Five years ago, the first "wine market" opened in an atmospheric Moscow bar. It was there that the best metropolitan sommeliers began to come to daily tastings, so the closed club began its existence. In it, blind tastings were used to select the most interesting wines, and the store’s cavists personally vouched for each bottle. Soon in the club appeared baskets and boxes with bottles in which the rarest and most unique wines were stored.

"Wine Bazaar"

In 2014, an independent restaurant “Vinniy Bazar” (Komsomolsky Prospekt) appeared at the place of the market, the leaders of which selected more than three hundred copies of various champagne and wine. Drinks in the institution can not only be tasted at the table, complementing them with chiketti, assorted cheeses or original snacks, but you can also buy with you.

The idea of introducing people to wine prompted the leadership of the bar to open a second similar establishment. So, in 2016, another “Wine Bazaar” was opened (Nikitsky Boulevard), the hallmark of which was the interior, creating the feeling of being in the wine box, and a section in the menu “Anticonfectionery”.

Komsomolsky Avenue

“Wine Bazaar”, located on Komsomolsky Prospekt, building 14/1, building 2 - this is a cozy little bar with great wines at affordable prices. It offers about 300 copies of white, pink, red and sparkling wine, champagne from different manufacturers, a collection of copyright snacks, a variety of cheeses, slices, and the sommelier team undergoes a rigorous selection.

The store purchases the remains of wines and samples from trusted suppliers, so a huge and constantly changing assortment appears here, and wines are sold at prices much lower than retail.

In the warm season, this institution, in the map of which there is a lot of interesting things (for example, real wines of Greece, Russia, Bulgaria), turns into a real market, noisy and crowded.

"Wine Bazaar" offers its guests a menu with wine-frendly dishes, a huge selection of strong drinks and wines, a cozy and stylish interior. Here you can spend a holiday in the format of an gastronomic tasting or dinner accompanied by a professional sommelier. There is also a wine casino at your service.

Nikitsky Boulevard

The “Wine Bazaar” (12 Nikitsky Boulevard), which opened last year, has also managed to establish itself on the good side. Compared with the “Wine Market” on Komsomolsky Prospekt, it’s a little pathetic, you won’t come here from a swift attack. Those who entered the restaurant instantly have a desire to take off their outer clothing and sit down at the table.

This institution has more than four hundred kinds of wines of any category and presents a menu with unusual snacks from a professional young chef.

Institution Concept

“Vinny Bazar” (Nikitsky Boulevard) is distinguished by the lack of a card of wines and waiters, the bottles here are on the shelves indicating the cost and regions, and an experienced cavist helps determine the choice.

Here you can find a wide range of drinks from the Czech Republic, Israel, Bulgaria, Greece, the Old and New Worlds with a good price-quality ratio. The cost for a bottle of wine starts at 700 rubles.

The chef's menu contains different sections:

  • classic version of wine snacks (tapas and bruschettas);
  • hot (steak from chavacha, snails in Burgunian style, mussels in wine);
  • pastes;
  • salads;
  • soups;
  • anti-confectionery.

The last section is considered the main hit, dishes from it look like desserts, but they are not. Having tasted them, each guest will experience a real cognitive dissonance: eclairs with tobiko, red fish or chicken pate, potato waffles with beet ice cream, salmon cheesecakes and many other treats will make any gourmet experience a real gastronomic delight.

Traditionally, the institution hosts master classes and wine tastings with the participation of the best sommeliers and buyers of the capital.

Impressions of cafe visitors

Judging by the reviews, “Wine Bazaar” has an excellent winery, delicious cuisine and a cozy atmosphere. The institution has excellent staff, all the guys are a friendly and wonderful team that will find a professional approach to any client. This place is ideal for a romantic dinner or a friendly meeting.

Among the minuses, some guests distinguish only contact tables in a cafe on Komsomolsky Prospekt.
