Italian pizza is a favorite dish all over the world. Of course, at home it is difficult to make this dish exactly the same as in traditional restaurants, however, even home-made pizza is very tasty.

For the test you will need: a pack of dry yeast (about 7-10 gr.), A glass of warm water, 350 gr. wheat flour, 1 tbsp. a spoonful of olive oil, sugar and salt. Pour water into a deep cup, add sugar and yeast into it, mix and let it brew for a quarter of an hour. In the same bowl, pour the sifted flour in small portions, add oil and put salt. Stir so that there are no lumps (you can blender), and then put it on the table and knead it with your hands, previously sprinkled with flour. Roll it into a ball, put it in a bowl and leave to rise. After about half an hour, it is kneaded with flour again and rolled into a thin, about half a centimeter circle. Everything, the dough is ready. Now you can start preparing the filling.

The most famous and popular Italian pizza - recipe

For the filling you will need: 100 gr. mozzarella cheese (you can have another, but this one is best for pizza and spreads when heated), 50 gr. Parmesan cheese, 400 gr. fresh tomatoes, a couple of tablespoons of dry or fresh basil and the same amount of tomato paste, a little olive oil, a couple of cloves of garlic, salt and pepper. From the prepared dough roll out a circle and lay it on a greased baking sheet. Garlic finely chopped and put in a pan. Rice-cut tomatoes and olive oil are added there. Fry over a fire for 10 minutes, trying to keep the tomatoes in their shape, salt and lightly pepper. At the end, add tomato paste, mix, let the sauce cool slightly and apply it to the base. Sprinkle with two types of cheese and bake at 220 degrees in the oven for about a quarter of an hour.

Original Italian Pizza: Anchovy Recipe

For the filling you will need: a pound of fresh tomato, a teaspoon of oregano, 50 grams of anchovies, olive oil, pepper and 200-300 gr. mozzarella cheese. Anchovies are cleaned and washed, bones are removed from them and cut into pieces. A baking sheet or pan is greased and a rolled out circle of dough is placed there. Lubricate the base with olive oil and spread the filling on it - slices of anchovies and tomato slices. Sprinkle the filling with salt, pepper, oregano and grated cheese and put in the oven for 20 minutes at a temperature of 200 degrees.

Italian pizza: recipe with mushrooms and ham

To prepare the filling for this assorted pizza you need to take: half a glass of tomato paste, 2/3 tbsp. spoons of oregano seasoning, salt, 250 gr. mozzarella and 50 gr. parmesan, a pound of tomatoes, ground pepper, sweet bell pepper, a dozen fresh mushrooms, a teaspoon of fresh or dried basil and 0.1 kg of ham. The pepper is washed, seeds are removed from it and cut into thin rings. Ham is cut into slices of 2-3 cm, and tomatoes - in thick circles. The prepared dough is spread on a baking sheet, greased with tomato paste, sprinkled with oregano and 1/3 of grated mozzarella cheese. Then lay the filling on it in layers. First come the tomatoes, then sweet pepper, another 1/3 of the cheese, mushrooms, sliced, the remains of mozapella, ham, parmesan, pepper and basil. If desired, a layer of tomatoes or mushrooms can be salted.

Stuffing - 3 tomatoes, a dozen champignons, 200 g each. ham and mozzarella cheese, 3 large spoons of tomato paste. Mushrooms are cut lengthwise into 2-3 parts, tomatoes - in thick rings, and ham strips. The base is greased with tomato paste and olive oil (optional) and filled with tomatoes, mushrooms and ham. Salt, lightly pepper and sprinkle with plenty of cheese.
