Salads with bell pepper are on the menu of different cuisines of the world. In our country, not one event is complete without such dishes, especially in the summer. These two ingredients are rich in vitamins and juiciness. Therefore, they can be safely combined in any dish. Of course, in salads they will be most useful and reveal all the bright notes of their taste. These ingredients are very cheap, but as fortified as possible.
The aroma of fresh vegetables is preserved for a long time and is able to arouse appetite. Salad with bell pepper and cabbage is prepared in a few minutes and does not require large cash costs in summer and autumn.
For him you will need:
- a quarter of a head of medium-sized cabbage;
- 2-3 large sweet peppers (preferably red);
- olive or sunflower oil;
- table vinegar.

- garlic (1 prong).
