Baked chicken is not only “tobacco chicken” and several other traditional dishes. This article contains not-so-ordinary recipes for cooking dishes such as fried chicken in the oven. Photos supplementing them clearly demonstrate the stages of preparation for baking (second shot) or the finished result (first and third shot). All the described methods are characterized by the use of aromatic sauces, due to which the dishes are surprisingly tasty and simply “melt in the mouth”.

Composition :
- a young chicken weighing about one and a half kilograms;
- 3 large potatoes;
- 4-5 pieces of quince;
- 2 large fresh cloves of garlic;
- 5 table. tablespoons of honey;
- salt, freshly ground or cooked peppers.
Cooking
Such a chicken, fried in the oven, is cooked in a sleeve. Thanks to him, in the process of baking, the meat is impregnated with a sweet-spicy taste. Rub the washed chicken with a mixture of salt, crushed garlic and pepper. Do not forget to process the inner surface. After laying the carcass in a deep form, pour honey and leave for ten to fifteen minutes. At this time, quince free from the core. Grind half of the total mass into small pieces and fill the chicken with them. Sew the bird and lay it in the sleeve on the baking sheet with the back up. Peel the potatoes and chop into large pieces, the same size as the remaining quince. Cover the chicken around with the fruit and vegetable mass, and then pour all the honey from the deep form that escaped from the carcass from above. Tie a sleeve and make two or three small cuts on top of it. Bake the chicken for about an hour. After that, you need to open the sleeve and continue cooking for another fifteen minutes. The dish will become rosy and fried. Serve the chicken, cut into portions, with vegetable salad.

Then put one lemon, 4 branches of thyme, a bunch of parsley, six stalks of sage and three pieces of rosemary inside the chicken. After that, apply the following mixture to the meat with a culinary brush: three tablespoons of mayonnaise, two crushed cloves of garlic and two tablespoons of the finished mustard. Bake chicken for another fifteen minutes.

You can also cook a bird using a chopped carcass. Pieces, pre-marinated in a mixture of mayonnaise, salt, pepper and garlic, bake in a preheated oven for about forty minutes. After that, pour the meat with caramel. It is prepared as follows: melt 2 tablespoons of sugar and pour in carefully the juice from two oranges. After the mass boils for ten minutes, the mixture can be watered with chicken pieces and continue frying for a while. The brown crust looks especially appetizing on a meat dish. Eat on health!
