Glass bean noodles are a unique and adorable product in Asian cuisine. The funchose itself is not endowed with taste and aroma, but it perfectly absorbs the taste of the products and sauces that make up the dish. There are so many ways to make this noodle. It is prepared with meat products and seafood. But perhaps the most popular recipe is Korean funkoza with carrots. Such a salad is almost always appropriate on the dining table. We will get acquainted with the most popular and uncomplicated options of what products can be combined with bean noodles and carrots, and we will treat this beloved dish to our loved ones and guests.
Salad: Korean carrot fungoza
In this cooking method, the number of components is designed for three to four servings. Here are the products from which we will prepare:
- dry noodles of funchose - 100 grams;
- one large carrot;
- onion - one piece;
- garlic - 3 prongs;
- spices for carrots;
- sugar - one tablespoon;
- salt to taste;
- soy sauce (dark) - a tablespoon;
- table vinegar 9% - half a tablespoon;
- vegetable oil without aromatization;
- sesame seeds - for decoration.
Carrot preparation
Before you start creating fungoza with carrots in Korean, you need to cook the carrots themselves. We rinse the root crop and clean off everything inedible. Rinse again in cold water. Rub with a special grater for carrots in Korean.
Prepare garlic: peel, chop in an affordable way.
We also free the onion from the husk and chop with large rings. This way of slicing onions will allow you to easily free the oil from the fried onion rings: the rings themselves are not useful, we need their aroma, which will be absorbed into the oil. Pour three tablespoons of oil into the pan. We heat it and throw the onion. It immediately begins to fry (over high heat) and acquire a brownish tint.
And now you need to act with caution, but quickly. The onion is fried, take it out and throw the garlic into the boiling oil. Reduce the heat, add soy sauce and mix the composition. Pour the entire norm of sugar. Mix again - until it dissolves. Turn off the stove and add the vinegar. The sauce is ready, pour it directly onto the carrot. Again, quickly mix the products, salting them to marinate evenly. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Cooking sequence
Let's take noodles. Boil the noodles in a deep bowl. Salt it. Water should completely cover funchose. In this state, the noodles need to be at least three minutes and no more than five. As soon as it is safely steamed, we recline it on a sieve to remove excess liquid. Add the noodles to the carrots and mix both components. We are waiting ten minutes. Korean carrot funchoza can be tasted after this time.
With chicken
For lovers of food, a better option is with the addition of chicken fillet. The dish will delight with its juiciness and magnificent, unusual taste. To implement the Korean funchose recipe with carrots and chicken, we will prepare the following composition of ingredients:
- funchose - 100 grams;
- chicken fillet - 200 grams;
- one large onion;
- sweet pepper - 1 piece;
- fresh cucumber - 1 piece;
- garlic - three cloves;
- pepper and salt - according to personal taste preferences;
- lean, unflavored oil - 3 tablespoons;
- Korean-style carrots - 100 grams;
- greens to taste.
Korean Chicken and Carrot Funchosa: Step by Step Cooking

- Carry out the necessary manipulations with dry noodles - steam with boiling water, salt and do everything as indicated by the cooking instructions.
- Peel the onion. Free the pepper from the seeds and rinse inside. Grate the cucumber on a Korean grater with the peel.
- Rinse and chop the chicken finely.
- Heat vegetable oil in a skillet. Put the chopped poultry fillet and fry it to a light amber shade, salt in the cooking process. When the meat is almost ready, add the onion, after chopping it in half rings. Fry both ingredients until the onions are golden.
- Cut the pepper into strips and add to the onion with poultry meat. Send the garlic to the pan at this stage of cooking. Heat the pepper for two minutes, stirring the contents of the dishes.
- How is our fungoza? It’s time to drain the remaining water from it. Put the finished noodles in a bowl for cooking and add to it everything that was in the pan. Oil is also sent to funchose. Mix very delicately.
- Rinse fresh herbs in running cold water and shake off the remaining water, chop it (herbs).
- The noodles were saturated with the taste and aroma of fried mixed vegetables and chicken, and now you can add the grated cucumber. We introduce the prepared Korean carrots into the dish and, sprinkled with herbs, salt if necessary. Mix. Leave to infuse for ten minutes.
