Cooking:

  1. We start by cleansing the navels. We rinse them with tap water. We remove the inner films. We shift to a pot of water. Cook for about 40 minutes. When the navels are cooked, cool them and cut into strips.
  2. Now you need to pickle the vegetables. We wash and chop pepper, carrots and cucumbers (best of all with straws). Remove the husk from one bulb, remove the second to the side.
