Required products for the dish:
- 3% fresh milk - 250 ml;
- coarse-grained non-acidic cottage cheese (it is advisable to purchase fatty, rustic) - 500 g;
- fresh pumpkin is not very large - about 300-500 g;
- large chicken egg - 1 pc.;
- semolina - 50-80 g;
- thick 30% sour cream - 2 large spoons;
- granulated sugar - add to taste (in the standard - Β½ faceted glass).
