Okroshka a little bit
Yes, most often baking is made from this fermented milk product. Although you can cook something from kefir besides it. For example, when you make okroshka, instead of liquid (kvass, mineral water), you can pour kefir into the chopped vegetables. Only in the case of okroshka, kefir should be taken fresh.

Products we need for them:
- Kefir - 1 glass.
- Flour - 1 cup
- A teaspoon of soda and a tablespoon of sugar.

Knead pancakes:

It will take about three days to wait. First, the milk acidifies, exfoliates into the upper and lower parts. The upper part is fatter. After two days, you can taste this top in a jar.
