Ingredients:
- chicken liver - 550 grams;
- the middle head of onion;
- two chicken eggs;
- ground black pepper;

- salt;
- wheat flour - three tablespoons with a hill;
- vegetable oil.
Chicken liver should be washed under running water, dried, cleaned of fillets and cut. Peel the onions and cut into small pieces. Now put the liver and onion in a blender bowl and beat. If you donβt have a blender, a meat grinder will do.
Beat eggs with sour cream or a fork until smooth, then combine with chopped chicken liver. Add the sifted flour, pepper and salt, mix well the mass. We fry in vegetable oil, like ordinary pancakes.
